It is said that any organization is as good as its people. Since its inception in 1976 Polychrome Engineers has flourished in the competent hands of its proprietor Mr. Pannalal Gugale. He completed his plastic moulding and die designer's course from CIPET Chennai after completing his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune. He brings with him 30 years of invaluable experience.
He has now been joined by his sons, Unmesh and Anand Gugale, who are also mechanical engineers. Mr. Unmesh Gugale serves in a managerial position and Mr. Anand Gugale serves as. Their entry into the business ensures that the legacy created by their father will continue. With the help of this perfect combination of experience and youthful enthusiasm the firm expects to reach new heights. Supporting them in this is their highly qualified and experienced technical team.
